1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup packed fresh Italian parsley
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
dash or 2 of hot sauce (to your own taste)
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
